For those of you that don’t know me, I just thought I’d introduce myself, I’m David Scille a Portrait Photographer based in Haslemere. I’ve always been fascinated about taking portraits of people for a while now, I know how tough it is and how nervous you can get as I didn’t like being photographed myself.
However I believe that everyone deserves to have beautiful portraits, I believe that your portraits should be printed and beautifully displayed in your home.
So if you love beautiful taken portraits.

It was an honor and a pleasure to be photographing this beautiful family. Bessie, Joshua and her beautiful daughter khensani.

What do you love about framed portraits?

I came up with this idea, just to put my portrait on an easel like a piece of art that had just been freshly painted.
But I spent some time thinking about the best place to display this work of art. My muse had bought some daffodils the day before and arranged them on our sideboard.
Then it hit me, I knew where I was going to display this beautiful piece of art. I placed it by the flowers that she had bought. This is a portrait that I will love and cherish for all time.
What creative ways do you have to display your portraits?

I’ve been on this earth for the last 50 odd years and during my time on earth, I don’t have any pictures of myself and my brothers when we were babies and young children. These are huge parts of my life that I am missing as I don’t have any photographs to remember them by. My partner’s parents knew the importance of having childhood photos, so I have little pangs of jealously as she thumbs through her albums wishing I had photos to remember my childhood by. I now have a daughter and I will take pictures of her everyday day that she is with me. I will document her life as she grows into a beautiful young woman and beyond, not only will she have digital images, she will also have prints to remember her childhood by. The day will come when she looks for photos of me and her and the photos she will find will be priceless.
What memories will your children find in the years to come?
When was the last time you were truly loved your photos of yourself?
